Volunteers needed to help with Bottle Drives for Epilepsy

Two years ago, one of our families wanted to raise extra funds for theEpilepsy Foundation of Vermont. They decided to do a Bottle Drive onBlack Friday, which was set up as "Mariah's Bottle Drive for Epilepsy" inhonor of their daughter, Mariah. The whole family and friends got involvedto help make it successful. In 2009, this event brought in $575 and lastyear, this event raised $620.

This year, we are pleased to announce the 3rd Annual: Mariah's BottleDrive for Epilepsy is scheduled for Black Friday, November 25, 2011 inthe Milton/Georgia area. Individuals who would like to help this wonderfulfamily on Black Friday are encouraged to contact us at the office.

We are hoping that individuals and families in different areas of Vermontwill set up their own Bottle Drive. November is Epilepsy Month so theBottle Drive could be set up anytime in November or even in December. All funds raised from various bottle drives will be part of Mariah's BottleDrive for Epilepsy.

A third option is that individuals, who are not able to help with or set uptheir own bottle drives, can help by saving their own bottles at home or atwork. They then can redeem the bottles and send a check made payableto the Epilepsy Foundation of Vermont and specify that it was part of theBottle Drive. Hopefully, together we can raise over $1,000 on this projectthis year with your help.
